Troubleshooting

A session is 30 minutes of active play, with pause and a repeatable 30-minute extension. The wheel only moves 1 to 6 spaces.

If the first download fails, retry. Unverified files are not kept. After a successful download the core game runs from the verified cache.

To stop optional install records, turn them off in the app settings. To delete a stored row, reset the install id in the app while you still have the delete token, or write to the support address and describe the approximate time and platform. Do not send nicknames as proof of identity; the server never stored them.

There is no password reset for players because there are no player accounts. Admin accounts are created on the server and are not available for public signup.

How to report a problem

Write to the support email with the approximate time, the platform, and what you expected to happen. Do not send a nickname as proof of identity. The server never stored nicknames, coin totals, or the move-by-move match.

Use the support email on this page. There is no form that stores the message.

The first download failed. What now?

Retry. Unverified files are not kept. After a successful download the core game runs from the verified cache and can continue offline.

How do I delete an optional install record?

Turn recording off in settings. If you still have the one-time delete token, reset the install id in the app. If the token is gone, email support with the approximate time and platform.

Can you reset a player password?

No. Players do not have accounts or passwords. Admin accounts are created on the server and are not open for public signup.
